Positive: Everything in the house is same as in the photos. Very smooth check in. Perfect communication with hosts. The parking in front of the apt. You can enjoy Feldafing, the famous nearby lake and Sissy's Rose Island. We found out that this quite, safe and clean apt (same the shared spaces inside the building) can serve as a perfect base to explore not only Munich (P+R spots are a very convenient option), but optionally was quite easy to reach Schwangau and visit the Walt Disney's emblem castle. Having used Memmingen Airport (low cost) to rent a car was a good idea. A Lidl market is 5 mins drive away from the apt, so you can find everything meeded. Kids enjoyied the space inside the apt and we loved the natural light inside it, reaching every corner. Great wifi. Once we can, we are coming back.
Negative: Just to put something, we found difficulties using TV.

Positive: I received all the right information on time and without any problems. Super easy and comfortable check in and check out system. The apartment is very well located, steps away from the bakery. Nothing better than going for fresh bread in the morning walking and sharing with the locals. The terrace was a real treat!
Negative: the floor sounds a lot if you get up at night to go to the bathroom. The decor is too much Ikea, it lacks a bit of authenticity for my taste.

Positive: Flat is beautiful. It has got plenty of space to accommodate even more than 6 people (there are 3 bedrooms). Kitchen is on the small side, but it was sufficient for us. We were dining mostly outside. Apartment is located within 10 minutes of walk to the train station, from which you can ride an S-Bahn into Munich main railway station in about half an hour. There is a golf course nearby. Most importantly Lake Starnberg is close as well. Morning strolls by the lake would be long remembered.
Negative: Tap water seems to have a lot of scale. We have bought a big bottle of mineral water for making tea.

Positive: House located at the heart of Feldafing. Feldafing is a nice, calm and peaceful place to stay, also nearby to Munchen. Shops are closeby and also there is a parking space. Flexible and easy check-in, everything uncomplicated. 2 bathrooms are enough. There is a nice patio/terrasse but we couldn't use because of season. Walking distance to golf club, lake and big park. Kitchen is well equiped with nespresso machine. Andrea and Torsten are great host.
Negative: Heating was great but one of the radiator doesn't work. But it wasn't a big thing.
